Each branch has fully equipped workshops enabling equipment to be repaired down to ‘board’ level electronics.Our aim is to reduce system down time to a minimum and our trained technicians are therefore equipped with a full compliment of spares and sundry items. In addition, all technicians carry a mobile phone, giving them instant contact with our service centres and a far quicker response to troubled sites. Service and software support contracts are available on all products and can be tailored to meet specific requirements. All engineers are tracked via the internet so we can deploy them and give accurate service times. This also helps us to monitor our service fleet and more importantly your satisfaction.

For complete peace of mind nationwide offer an “out of hours” support line.
This is available for clients who work outside normal office hours. A helping hand is always therefore available even when when most of us have gone to bed!
